Description
The following is a list of possible side-effects that may occur in medicines that contain Hydrochlorothiazide / Olmesartan Medoxomil. This is not a comprehensive list. These side-effects are possible, but do not always occur. Some of the side-effects may be rare but serious. Consult your doctor if you observe any of the following side-effects, especially if they do not go away.Photosensitivity,Dry Mouth,Electrolyte Imbalance,Gastrointestinal Problems,Vomiting,Excess Of Uric Acid In The Blood.

Important counseling points are listed below.Avoid drinking of alcohol while consuming the drug,Avoid taking hydrochlorothiazide at bedtime because it makes you urinate more often,Consult your doctor if suffering from angioedema, hoarseness and difficulty in swallowing,Consult your doctor if you experience dryness of mouth, thirst, weakness, lethargy, drowsiness, restlessness, confusion, muscle pains or cramps,Do not chew the tablet,Do not chew, divide or crush the tablets.
