Description
High Blood Phosphorus Levels In Patients With Severe Kidney Disease. Sevelamer Carbonate Tablet improves the patient’s condition by performing the following functions. Binding with phosphate in the digestive tract to decrease the amount of phosphate absorbed into the body. Sevelamer Carbonate Tablet is composed of the following active ingredients (salts),Sevelamer Carbonate.
