Tenofovir/lamivudine/efavirenz Tablet Working, Mechanism of Action and Pharmacology Tenofovir/lamivudine/efavirenz Tablet improves the patient’s condition by performing the following functions: Inhibiting the viral DNA polymerase. Increasing the number of infection fighting cells in the body. Inhibiting the replication of HIV cells. Tenofovir/lamivudine/efavirenz Tablet Composition and Active Ingredients Tenofovir/lamivudine/efavirenz Tablet is composed of the following active ingredients (salts) Tenofovir Disoproxil, Fumarate (300Mg), Lamivudine (300Mg), Efavirenz (600Mg).
