Description
Artemether Lumefantrine Tablet is used for the treatment, control, prevention, & improvement of the following diseases, conditions and symptoms:Severe Falciparum Malaria,Cerebral Malaria,Multidrug Resistant Malaria,Malaria.Artemether Lumefantrine Tablet improves the patient’s condition by performing the following functions:Killing the malarial parasite thus curing malaria.Damaging the parasite cell membrane.
The following is a list of possible side-effects that may occur from all constituting ingredients of Artemether Lumefantrine Tablet. This is not a comprehensive list. These side-effects are possible, but do not always occur. Some of the side-effects may be rare but serious. Consult your doctor if you observe any of the following side-effects, especially if they do not go away.Trouble With Sleeping,Muscle Spasm,Cough,Hypersensitivity Reactions,Nausea,Tingling.

Important counseling points are listed below.Avoid combination with pyrimethamine/sulphadoxine,Avoid concomitant use of drugs known to prolong QT interval, renal/hepatic disease,Do not drive or operate heavy machinery,Do not drive or operate machinery,Have AIDS/HIV infection, severe liver or kidney problems, or heart disorder,Malaria is getting worse, or feel too unwell or unable to eat.
