Product Overview
Carboplatin API is an alkylating-like chemotherapy that is based on platinum and is used to treat cancer.
It functions on tumors in a similar way, but it is much safer.
This means that there is less chance of renal damage, hearing loss, and stomach problems.
It functions by attaching to DNA bases. This makes the DNA cross-link both inside and between strands.
This interference hinders DNA from fixing itself and copying itself.
Because of this, cancer cells that divide quickly die by apoptosis.
Carboplatin API is an important part of combination chemotherapy for a number of malignancies.
This is because it is not too harmful and works well in a lot of different situations.
